    Travel Dates: October 4 – December 24, 2009

    Walt Disney World has released special room only discounts for Florida Residents. You must check in during the travel dates, however, you can extend your stay pass the ending date. Only the nights included in the travel dates listed above will be discounts. Availability is limited, though all resorts and room types are available. One thing to note is that the travel dates cover four pricing seasons (value, regular, Thanksgiving and Holiday), so nightly prices may vary during your stay. Each night is priced individually, so your price may vary nightly if your dates cover two or more seasons.

    Walt Disney World has announced an extension of the the “Free Dining” promotion for 2009. With the “Free Dining” promotion, Disney resort guests who book a Magic Your Way package that includes both your Disney resort room and your Magic Your Way park passes will receive one of the Disney Dining plan add-ons for free for all guest three and older in your party.     Tip # 1: Sometimes they sell rain coats at a little store close to the water ride. Buy one if you really need it. They are a lot of money.

    Tip # 2: If you don’t want to get wet on the Splash Mountain, don’t buy a rain coat but rather all you need to do is duck. What I mean by that is you know how there is that one handlebar rail infront of you in the raft. You notice how it’s sort of a cave. Duck and put your head under it . If you are wondering about your back, that will only get like five little drops so don’t worry about that.

    Tip # 3: If you don’t like water rides and you don’t want to get wet, THEN DON’T GO ON THEM!
